Tucker Sno-Cat preseason fuel tips (continued)

Tucker Sno-Cat started using Cummins electronic diesel engines in 2003. Since that date Cummins has required us to run an additional fuel filter containing a special additive to lubricate the fuel pump. As it turns out winter blends of fuel are dry and can starve the fuel pump from lubricity normally found in straight #2 diesel. The FleetGuard filters used on the Tucker Sno-Cats need to be changed per instructions in the manual.
